Lisa Grayer obtained a BS degree in Business Management from San Jose State University and moved to Arizona in 2004. Lisa has worked at numerous Fortune 500 companies. She has been a real estate agent for 5 years and a property manager for the last 9 years. With her strong background in the semiconductor industry, finance, and sales, she's highly knowledgeable about economic development and housing market in the Phoenix Metro Valley. She's found many friends and families rental properties and is working with current clients on purchasing a new home.

She is a Realtor that is highly aware of her client's needs. She listens, over communicates, and follows up. Being a real estate agent is Lisa's passion. Lisa feels being an agent is about fulfilling her client's lifetime goals and making her client's dreams come true. Her recent recognition of "Outstanding Customer Service" reflects her commitment to her clients.

Lisa's husband, D'Antoni "Dee" Grayer, is a former arena football player for the Florida Bobcats and the Portland Oregon Forest Dragons. He is also an agent. Lisa has two children. D'Amani a graduate of Yale University, who currently works for a start-up insurance company. And Ashanti, a graduate of William Jessup, a private Christian college in Rocklin, CA. She currently works in Group Sales for the Arizona Cardinals.

Along with her husband, Lisa co-owns the UFC GYM in Ahwatukee. Lisa enjoys working out at her gym, and participating in local 5K runs. Lisa loves to travel. She has been to Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, and Taiwan. She has planned a trip to China in 2025.
